Sajiv P. possesses extensive experience in consumer growth operations, currently serving as the Head of Consumer Growth Operations at Uber since October 2018, following roles as Senior Manager and Consumer Growth Operations Manager within the same company. Prior to Uber, Sajiv held the position of Head of Planning & Innovation at Gravitas Integrated from October 2016 to September 2018, and previously at Saatchi & Saatchi from September 2011 to September 2016, where responsibilities included operations, traffic management, and account management. Sajiv began a career in creative roles focused on English copywriting, proofreading, and creative strategy. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration from London Metropolitan University and a Certificate of Continuing Education in Business and Management from the University of Essex, alongside acquiring International Baccalaureate qualifications at The British School in Colombo and Overseas School of Colombo.
