Shiva Shailendran Sekar

Shiva Shailendran Sekar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and business management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Regional Business Operations for Mobility at Uber since July 2018, Shiva manages operations in India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. Prior to this role, Shiva was the Director of Supply Operations at Myntra from February 2015 to July 2018, focusing on customer experience strategy and process excellence. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, where part of the core team established the Amazon India Logistics Business, and a Section Manager at Caterpillar Inc., managing various manufacturing and supply chain processes. Shiva holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
