Suganya Ramachandran

Suganya Ramachandran has over a decade of experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Uber since July 2016, overseeing engineering for Trust and Account Security. In previous roles at Uber, Suganya led the architecture and development of Trusted identity services and developed a fraud platform for detection and mitigation. Prior to Uber, Suganya worked at VMware as a Senior Member of Technical Staff, developing a scale test framework for Nicira NSX, and at Nokia Siemens Networks focusing on multimedia messaging systems for major carriers. Suganya began the professional journey at Anagha Group, supporting a lead management startup, and started in academia as a Student Assistant while earning a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University at Buffalo, achieving a GPA of 3.75/4.0, following a bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Kumaraguru College of Technology.
