Swapnil Sharma is a Senior Risk and Fraud Operations Manager currently employed at Uber, where they lead efforts to mitigate fraud and save significant costs for the APAC Delivery Business. Prior to Uber, Swapnil held various roles, including Senior Consultant at Deloitte, Security Engineer at Fast Retailing, and multiple positions at Rakuten, where they were recognized as a Rakuten MVP Grand Prize Winner for their contributions to fraud management. Swapnil holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor of Technology from Netaji Subhas University of Technology.
