Tala Nsouli

Tala Nsouli is an experienced professional in strategic management and operations, currently serving as Director and General Manager at Uber since February 2021, overseeing joint strategy for Uber and Careem Rides and leading strategy and planning in the MEA region. Prior to this role, Tala held the position of Chief Operating Officer at GoUrban from April 2019 to October 2020, and worked at McKinsey & Company as an Expert Associate Partner in Digital and Digital Manager between April 2016 and April 2019. Tala also served as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, contributing to the development of the Amazon Video application. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding The Beehives and an internship at Plastiq. Tala holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut.
