Toon Poelstra is currently the Head of Financial Products for EMEA at Uber, where they lead a team to launch and manage financial offerings across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With over ten years of experience in global operations and a strong focus on strategy and business development, Toon previously held leadership positions at Mollie and Uber, where they drove operational efficiency and customer success initiatives. Their career began at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, followed by a role at bunq as Business Operations Lead. Toon is pursuing education at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
