Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Uber since December 2015, Zhi oversees the marketing technology and growth stacks, focusing on areas such as marketing automation, targeting, segmentation, and AI-powered marketing solutions. Prior to joining Uber, Zhi spent over a decade at Microsoft, where roles included Principal Software Engineer Manager, leading the successful Bing Rewards engineering team, and Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the Bing Notification platform and developing a Text-to-Speech product in multiple languages.
