Madalina Cadariu currently serves as the Director of Data Operations and Engagement Services at Uberall, leading a team of over 80 members across various locations to manage customer projects, first-level support, internal operations, and data quality. Responsibilities include comprehensive team and process management, strategy development, and implementation focused on continuous operational improvement and data-driven decision-making. Prior to Uberall, Madalina held leadership roles in data operations at Navads and Apple, managing data quality and project leadership for various platforms. Educational credentials include a Project Management Certification from the University of California, Berkeley, and advanced degrees from the University of Amsterdam and Babes-Bolyai University.
