Erin Dodson Msn

Erin Dodson MSN, RN has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare leadership. Currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at UBH Denton since September 2025, Dodson previously worked as a Travel Registered Nurse with UHS from February 2023 to September 2025 and as House Supervisor at UBH Denton from January 2021 to January 2023. Earlier roles include Nurse Manager for The Excel Centers at Millwood Hospital from 2019 to 2021, Registered Nurse at Mesa Springs from 2015 to 2021, and PICU Charge Nurse at Millwood Hospital from 2014 to 2015. Dodson holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a Psychology minor from Grand View University, along with an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Des Moines Area Community College.
