Glenn DuBois has extensive experience in customer operations and customer service. Glenn started as a Customer Service Manager at Motorola Mobility in 1996 and worked their way up to become a Director of Customer Service. Glenn also held roles as a Senior Operations Manager and a Senior Supplier Manager at Motorola. Glenn then moved on to work as a Director of Customer Operations at VSN Mobil, 360fly, and Chewy. Glenn joined eMed Digital Healthcare as the VP of Customer Experience in 2022 and later became the VP of Customer Experience & Data Analytics at Ubicquia, Inc in 2023.
Glenn DuBois holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management and Marketing from Missouri Western State University, which they achieved from 1988 to 1992. Glenn also completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Electronic Engineering Technologies from ITT Technical Institute from 1993 to 1995. Furthermore, Glenn DuBois obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2004 and 2007.
