Mike Bysiek

Mike Bysiek has over 15 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Mike started their career in 2005 as a Senior Project Manager and Systems Architect at Xerox, where they worked until 2012. In the same year, they joined Johnson & Johnson as a Senior Project Manager. Following this, in 2012, they also worked at American Express as a Senior Project Manager until 2015. In 2012, they founded their own company, Ubik Group, where they currently serve as the CEO and Founder.
