Ryan Chien

Ryan Chien has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Ryan started their career at ITRI as an Assisted Engineer, where they worked from October 2003 to December 2007. Ryan then moved on to Tecom Co. Ltd, where they served as the Deputy Project Manager from December 2007 to December 2010, and later as the Project Manager from January 2011 to April 2011. Since December 2011, Ryan has been employed at Ubiquiti Inc., where they hold the position of Fiber Optics Project Lead. In this role, they are involved in various tasks including product planning, project coordination, hardware architecture design, circuit testing, and production failure analysis.

Ryan Chien has a strong educational background in engineering and technology. Ryan obtained a Master's Degree in Optical Communication from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2001 to 2003. Prior to their Master's Degree, Ryan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician at the same university. Ryan attended the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology from 1997 to 2001. Ryan's education journey began at Jui-Fang Industrial High School, where they pursued their High School education in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 1994 to 1997. Throughout their academic career, Ryan has focused on engineering and technology, specifically in the fields of electrical, electronic, and communications engineering, as well as optical communication.
