Andrew Cole

Andrew Cole has a diverse work experience in Human Resources. Andrew is currently the Director of Human Resources at Ubiquiti Inc. since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Revolution Brewing Chicago from March 2015 to May 2019, where they successfully overhauled the HR function, reducing benefits costs by 15% and increasing 401(k) participation by 200%. Before that, they were an Account Manager at Prairie Benefits Network, LLC from November 2013 to March 2015, where they provided support for client accounts and trained clients on self-service tools. Previously, they held the position of Operations Manager, HR, Special Projects and Payroll at the Democratic National Committee from January 2010 to November 2013 and was responsible for building strong relationships with key leaders, managing a budget of over $30 million, and reducing communications costs. Lastly, they worked as a Senior HR Manager at Obama for America from September 2007 to December 2009, where they administered payroll, directed health benefits, and developed procedures for employee redeployment.

Andrew Cole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing from DePauw University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including the OSHA 10-hour General Industry Safety and Health certification from the OSHA Training Institute Education Centers in May 2017. Andrew also holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, which they obtained in January 2015. Furthermore, Andrew has achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2014.
