Kristaps Jaunzems began their work experience as an Android Developer at Ubiquiti Inc. in July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Android Developer at Tet.lv from May 2017 to June 2021. Before that, they were employed as a Computer Networks and Computer Systems Specialist at Wolf System SIA from November 2013 to May 2017. Their early work experience includes a role as an Android Developer at AmberPhone SIA from August 2012 to November 2013.

From 2009 to 2013, Kristaps Jaunzems attended Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences, previously known as Vidzeme Augstskola. During their time there, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
