Rudolfs Maltavnieks

Rudolfs Maltavnieks has a diverse work experience in various companies. Rudolfs started their career in 2010 at Draugiem Group as a Project Manager, where they worked on major projects such as Istabai.com and the development of iOS/Android Apps, web pages, and e-commerce platforms. In 2012, they took on the role of Lead of R&D Hub, where they led a team of experts and provided project acceleration and development support for other companies within Draugiem Group. In 2014, Rudolfs joined Latvijas Mobilais Telefons SIA as a Project Manager for digital sales channels. Rudolfs played a crucial role in managing projects related to digital sales channels until 2017 when they transitioned to Citadele banka as a Digital Channel Development Project Manager. During their time there, they were involved in the development of digital channels. In 2017, Rudolfs joined Ubiquiti Inc., where they initially served as a Product Line Manager. Rudolfs later became the Product Owner and Head of Mobile Apps, responsible for overseeing mobile app development. Rudolfs continues to hold this position.

Rudolfs Maltavnieks completed their education in a chronological order. Rudolfs first attended Riga Technical College from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a degree in Secondary Vocational Education with a focus on programming. Rudolfs then pursued further education at Riga Technical College from 2009 to 2012 and earned their First level of professional higher education in the field of Information Technology. Following this, Maltavnieks enrolled at Biznesa augstskola Turība from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Companies and Institutions Management. Lastly, from 2016 to 2018, they continued their studies at Biznesa augstskola Turība and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Companies and Institutions Management.
