Andrew Meadows has over two decades of experience in the fields of Human Capital Management (HCM), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and robo-record keeping. Andrew began their career in 2001 as a New Business Coordinator at SouthEastern Employee Benefit Services. In 2004, they joined Ubiquity Retirement + Savings as Senior VP of HR, Brand, + Culture. During their time there, they held various roles, including VP of Client Success, Consumer & Brand Ambassador, Director of Business Development, Senior Manager of Strategic Alliances, and Senior Manager of Partnerships. In their role as Senior Manager of Strategic Alliances, they tripled the size of their team and the number of relationships managed. As Senior Manager of Partnerships, they and their team were creative in how they worked with their partners.

Andrew Meadows obtained their Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Applied Communication from Appalachian State University between 1996 and 2000.
