Susan Cascio, PMP®

Susan Cascio, PMP® has been working in the field of finance and operations for over 30 years. Susan began their career in 1989 as an Operations Manager for EF International Language Schools. In 2000, they became a Program Manager for CIEE, where they managed staff of 3 full time, plus 50 seasonal employees. In 2003, they joined US Airways as a Flight Finance, Sr Tax Specialist and a Group Sales Representative. In 2016, they began working for Ubiquity Retirement + Savings, first as a Quality Assurance Analyst - Paradigm PRKS, a division of Ubiquity Retirement + Savings, where they created testing scenarios, performed system regression testing and wrote software version release notes along with detailed system documentation and diagrams prior to scheduled software releases. Susan also reviewed, prioritized and addressed internal/external software-related issues and trained end-users on how to use the software, while addressing issues and future enhancement requests affecting the current software version. Susan then moved to a role as a Sr. Analyst - Payroll Processing Team Lead, where they contributed to Ubiquity Retirement + Savings' mission to empower small businesses and their employees to create a more secure financial future and peace of mind. Finally, they moved to a role as Financial Operations Research, where they helped to provide small businesses and entrepreneurs with the opportunity to save for their future.

Susan Cascio, PMP® has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida International University, a degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Oxford Brookes University in Oxford, England, and a high school diploma from Thomas Jefferson High School. Susan also holds a Certified Professional Selenium Automation Testing certification from Udemy obtained in February 2020, an Introduction to Programming Using Java certification from Udemy obtained in February 2020, a Project Management Professional certification from PMI Phoenix Chapter obtained in January 2015, and an International Tax Research, Compliance and Planning certification from Thomson Reuters obtained in March 2013.
