Jan Barbon

Jan Barbon is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as an Onboarding Training Officer at Ubiquity since May 2023. Previously, Jan held various roles at ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO from June 2014 to February 2023, including Training Supervisor and Product Specifics Trainer. Jan started a career as a Product Specific Trainer at STARTEK Philippines from March 2010 to May 2014. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, earned between 2004 and 2007, Jan has built a strong foundation in effectively training and onboarding employees.
