Douglas Choo

Douglas Choo is an experienced professional in player experience and education technology, currently serving as Player Experience Manager at Ubisoft Singapore since November 2020. With a solid background in leadership roles, including Director at Lloyds & Macintosh and General Manager at GSA Education, Douglas has a strong focus on enhancing customer service processes and improving player support. Previous positions include Vice-President of Education Technology at Lloyds and Macintosh Pte Ltd, Head of Online Services & Applications at Popular e-Learning Holdings, and various roles in customer service and training. Douglas holds a Master of Technology in Knowledge Engineering from the National University of Singapore and multiple degrees in computing and electronics from Monash University, Staffordshire University, and Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
