Guilhem Marin

Guilhem Marin is an experienced Manager at Ubisoft Singapore since April 2016. Guilhem leads a team of 30+ employees from various disciplines and expertise, empowering them through training and initiatives while waiting for new opportunities within the studio. Guilhem collaborates closely with HR to find new positions for team members and conducts training presentations for other managers on mentoring and career growth. Previously, Guilhem worked at CCP as a Senior Game Designer for EVE Online, responsible for translating visions into system designs and leading overhauls in in-game content. Guilhem holds a Master's degree in Computer Science/networks from EPSI montpeller.
