Kassi O'Connor

Kassi O'Connor has extensive experience in project management and external development within the gaming industry, currently serving in Global Project Management at Electronic Arts since April 2023. Kassi was an Advisory Committee Member for the XDS Advisory Committee from May 2017 to June 2023, contributing expertise to shape the External Development Summit for the games industry. Prior to this, Kassi held multiple roles at Glu Mobile from August 2011 to June 2023, including Director of Outside Services, where Kassi established outsourcing workflows and managed external development departments. Kassi also worked at Griptonite Games as Global Outsourcing Director and in various production roles. Additionally, Kassi's early career included a position at the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, where Kassi coordinated youth activities and programming. Kassi holds a Master's degree in Sport Administration and Leadership from Seattle University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Northwest University.
