Raluca Spanache

Raluca Spanache is an experienced professional in the field of rewards and compensation, currently serving as Team Lead at Ubisoft since February 2022, after holding roles including Senior Specialist and C&B Consultant with the same company. Prior to this, Raluca worked as a Rewards Consultant at Vodafone for a brief period. Raluca's career at Ubisoft began in March 2018, progressing through various roles such as Compensation Benefits Specialist and Financial Analyst. Earlier experience includes consultancy at ING and BRD FINANCE, along with customer-facing roles at Raiffeisen Bank Romania and Bancpost. Raluca holds a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, both from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
