María Paula Montaldi

María Paula Montaldi has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. María Paula started their career at Chevron as a Management of Change Intern, where they successfully implemented improvements to the internal process and achieved significant results. María Paula then joined Tenaris as a Product and Quality Analyst, gaining valuable global experience in the role. María Paula Montaldi later transitioned to mitte, where they served as a Business Development Manager and later as the Head of Product. At mitte, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and contributed to the company's growth. María Paula then moved to Zalando, where they assumed the position of Senior Product Manager - Sustainable Packaging. In this role, they played a vital role in developing and implementing sustainable packaging solutions. Currently, they are working at ubitricity as a Senior Product Manager.

María Paula Montaldi completed their Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in MSc in Management with a specialization in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Esade from 2015 to 2016.
