Graham Wood

Graham Wood has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Graham began their career at Virgin Money plc in 2001, where they worked as a Senior Secured Credit Risk Analyst for 13 years. In this role, they had a broad range of responsibilities, including mortgage lending policy development, underwriting, property risk management, and quality assurance. Graham maintained strong relationships with stakeholders in the bank and provided subject matter expertise in mortgage lending and property risk. Wood also played a key role in corporate development projects. In 2018, they joined Countrywide Surveying Services as a Property Risk Manager, where they managed an internal audit team and developed audit strategies with a focus on high-risk segments. Most recently, Wood joined UBL UK in 2021 as the Senior Credit Manager, where they are responsible for leading the Residential Real Estate Credit team.

Graham Wood attended Newcastle College from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained an HND Business degree.
