Krishna Chakhun is an experienced professional in project management and civil engineering, currently serving as the Team Leader and Contract Management Specialist at UBM ULUSLARARASI BIRLESMIS MUSAVIRLER MUSAVIRLIK HIZMETLERI A.Ş since July 2021. Prior roles include International Procurement Specialist at Development Business UK and Chief Technical Officer at ZS Engineering and Consulting, among others. With a robust background in overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects funded by ADB and EBRD across various countries, Krishna possesses expertise in contract management, procurement, and project design. Krishna holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Belarusian Polytechnic Institute and a research degree in Road Engineering from Belarusian National Technical University.
