Sonila Hasaj

Sonila Hasaj has a range of work experience in research, management, and academia. Sonila is currently working as a Senior Research Analyst at UBO Consulting since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an M&E Manager at Shkolla e Drejtorëve të IAP starting from November 2021. Sonila also worked at GO2 ALBANIA, where they held roles as a Researcher from January 2021 and as a Project & Finance Manager from July 2016 to December 2020.

Sonila Hasaj also has experience in academia, having worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Notre Dame from April 2021 to October 2021. Sonila worked as a Graduate Tutor at Vanderbilt University from October 2020 to April 2021, and as a Course Assistant at Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from September 2020 to April 2021.

Sonila Hasaj has also held research roles at BRAC from May 2020 to August 2020, and at the Institute of Scientific Research and Development from April 2016 to July 2017. Sonila'sbachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting was also earned from Fakulteti Ekonomik, UNISHK, spanning from 2012 to 2015.

Sonila completed the UNESCO-UNEVOC TVET Leadership Programme in 2023, acquiring skills in technical and vocational education and training leadership.
