Chelley Clare

Chelley Clare is a Global Markets Distribution, IB COO; Executive Director at UBS with over 15 years of experience in Banking and Finance. Trained as a Chartered Accountant with Big Four firms, Chelley has held several leadership roles within the Investment Bank COO team, focusing on business strategy, operational risk remediation, and regulatory change. Chelley has also served as a Senior Manager in Internal Audit and has been involved in various strategic initiatives, including project management of the Global Markets front-to-back merger. Currently, Chelley is the Treasurer of the Board of Trustees for Sister System, supporting care experienced girls and young women.
