Cyril D. C. is currently serving as a Director in Technology Investment Banking at UBS, specializing in FinTech and Consumer Internet since October 2023. Previously, from July 2020 to October 2023, Cyril held the position of Vice President at Credit Suisse, focusing on FinTech, Business Services, and Consumer Internet verticals, where advisement included M&A and sponsor take-privates. Cyril co-founded FlipAlly, developing an e-commerce mobile application tailored for MBA students during the COVID-19 lockdown in early 2020, and has experience as a Senior Consultant in Transaction Advisory Services at EY, where leadership in due diligence for M&A deals was provided. Earlier roles include positions in Credit Risk at Goldman Sachs, Audit Senior at Deloitte, and Co-Founder at Genius Education Services. Cyril holds an MBA degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as well as a Computer Science degree from Actualize Coding Bootcamp and education from Singapore Management University.
