Daniel V. Dowd

Daniel V. Dowd is the Global Head of Investment Banking Research at UBS, where they oversee investment research operations. Previously, they served as Managing Director, Head of Research for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at UBS and held roles as Director of Research in North America and Europe at Sanford C. Bernstein. Daniel was also an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, focusing on consumer and industrial clients globally. Their earlier experience includes serving as a U.S. Navy Officer and being a Henry Luce Scholar in China. Daniel earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Virginia and a Doctor of Philosophy from Yale University.
