Dominic Keel

Dominic Keel is a seasoned professional in talent development and management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Talent and Development Specialist and Graduate Talent Program Manager at UBS since October 2022, Dominic previously held various roles at Credit Suisse, including Learning Expert (Assistant Vice President) in Wealth Management and management support positions. Earlier career experiences include HR specialist roles at UBS Business Solutions Poland, project management for a Swiss International Week, and assistant roles within the private banking sector. Dominic holds an M.A. in Business Innovation from the University of St.Gallen, complementing academic experiences that also include education at Mahidol University.
