Erika Najarian is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in equity research and analysis, specifically within the banking and consumer finance sectors. Currently, Erika serves as a Managing Director and Equity Research Analyst for Large-Cap Banks and Consumer Finance at UBS since September 2021. In addition, Erika has been recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum since March 2019. Prior to these roles, Erika held various notable positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, including Managing Director, Sector Head for Americas Financials Research, and Head of North American Banks Research, from October 2010 to September 2021. Earlier in the career journey, Erika worked at UBS Investment Bank and Merrill Lynch in strategic research analyst roles. Erika holds a degree from NYU Stern School of Business, completed between 1998 and 2002.
