Faisal Bajwa

Faisal Bajwa is a Business Management graduate with a specialization in compliance, currently serving as the Deputy Team Head for Document Review Legal Entities at UBS. With a strong commitment to regulatory standards in the Swiss financial services sector, Faisal oversees compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations, while also conducting Know Your Client (KYC) and Client Due Diligence (CDD) assessments. Previously, Faisal worked as a Compliance Officer at Credit Suisse and held various roles in IT support and quality supervision. Faisal holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of the Punjab and a BA in Journalism from Bahauddin Zakariya University, complemented by certification from the International Compliance Association.
