Katarina R. is an experienced leader in talent and culture, currently serving as UBS Global Co-Head of Talent & Culture, focusing on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, following the UBS acquisition of Credit Suisse. Prior to UBS, Katarina held several key positions at Credit Suisse, including Global Head of Culture and Inclusion, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing Risk Culture and employee wellbeing. Additional roles at Credit Suisse included UK Head of Culture and Global Head of Sustainability Reporting and Engagement. Katarina has also contributed to the success of LoveCrafts as a Private Label Strategic Advisor following the sale of MillaMia, a modern craft brand that Katarina founded and led as CEO. Earlier career achievements include leading communication integration during the RBS ABN AMRO acquisition and holding various communication roles at ABN AMRO. Katarina began their professional journey as a Manager at Accenture, specializing in change management within the financial services sector. Educated at The London School of Economics and Political Science, Katarina earned a First Class degree in Management Sciences.
