Lindsay Harman

Lindsay Harman is a global manager with over twenty years of experience in project and program management, regulatory reform, system implementation, and team leadership. They began their career at RBS Global Banking & Markets, advancing from trader support to the global head of Rates operations before moving to Singapore to establish a new operations center. Currently, Lindsay serves as a Product Owner, Program Manager, and Chapter Lead at UBS while also working as a Project Manager at Credit Suisse, focusing on strategic stress testing and regulatory reform. Lindsay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Birkbeck College and is pursuing qualifications in child counseling, reflecting their passion for education and mental health.
