Marco Sartore

Marco Sartore has extensive experience in human resources, with significant leadership roles at UBS from January 2008 to December 2015, including Head of Human Resources for Asset Management, Emerging Markets in Wealth Management, and Western Europe, Mediterranean, Middle East & Africa in Wealth Management. Prior to UBS, Marco served at Lucent Technologies from January 2001 to September 2006, where responsibilities included Head of Human Resources for Italy and Labor Relations Leader for Europe. Early career experience includes a role as Development & Compensation Specialist at Kuwait Petroleum Italia S.p.A. from January 1996 to January 2001, and a position as Sottotenente at Arma dei Carabinieri from January 1994 to January 1995. Educational qualifications include a Senior Leadership Program from IMD and a specialization in Personnel Management and Organization from Luiss Business School.
