Mark Pickersgill

Mark Pickersgill is currently the Co-Head of EMEA Markets, Global Treasury and Operations Compliance at UBS, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Mark served as the Head of Financial Markets Advisory Compliance at SMBC Group EMEA from 2018 to 2022. Their extensive career in compliance includes roles at Credit Suisse, HSBC Global Banking and Markets, and SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Limited, where they held positions such as Compliance Advisory and Deputy CCO. Mark began their professional journey as a Compliance Consultant at Leale-Green Ltd in 2003.
