Natalie Bergamini

Natalie Bergamini is a seasoned professional in project management and business analysis with over two decades of experience in the financial services sector. Currently, as a Director at UBS since 2011, Natalie leads testing and validation efforts across multiple projects affecting both financial and non-financial systems, utilizing Agile Project Management methodologies. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Director and Testing & Validation Project Manager at Bank of America, where responsibilities included managing large teams, overseeing extensive project scopes, and executing rigorous testing and validation processes. Previously, at Merrill Lynch, Natalie managed a team focused on cost basis management and engaged in cross-departmental collaborations to streamline operations. Natalie has also completed coursework at ESI and is a graduate of Madison Central High School.
