Oksana Matiiash

Oksana Matiiash, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished business manager with extensive experience in strategic project management and leadership development. Currently serving as Business Manager in the Chief of Staff Office for APAC CFO at UBS, Oksana collaborates with senior leadership to implement initiatives focused on employee engagement and diversity. Previously, as Client Service Manager at Cisco, Oksana developed a successful learning and development program for over 800 employees, and led several large-scale initiatives across multiple regions. Oksana's earlier roles include project management in event production at Blue Business Media and technical support management at Alliance for Public Health, where key programs were designed for healthcare capacity building. Oksana's academic background includes an MBA from the University of Warsaw and a Master's in Applied Linguistics from Kyiv National Linguistics University.
