Paula Clarke

Paula Clarke is currently the COO of Business Aligned Controls within the Global Markets Derivatives and Solutions division at UBS, a position held since 2020. With a long tenure at UBS since 1998, Paula has also served as Executive Director of Emerging Markets Business Management. Earlier in their career, Paula gained experience in operations at BNP London from 1997 to 1998. Paula holds a BSc in Applied Economics from the University of Plymouth, where they studied from 1990 to 1993.
