Richard Alley

Richard Alley is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent recruitment and strategic HR management. Currently serving as the Junior Talent Strategic Project Lead at UBS since April 2007, Richard has held various roles including Head of Americas Junior Talent Recruitment and HR Program Manager for Talent & Recruiting. Prior to joining UBS, Richard worked as an HR Consultant at PwC and Deloitte, gaining expertise in human resource management and organizational change. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Birmingham, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
