Clare Bucknall

Clare Bucknall has extensive experience in the consulting and pension plan industry. Clare is currently serving as the Senior Director of Product and Service Experience at HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan), a position they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at HOOPP as the Director of Product and Service Experience from June 2016 to October 2022. Before their role in product and service experience, Clare held various positions at HOOPP, including Sr. Manager of Business Analysis from January 2015 to June 2016, Manager of Business Projects from October 2011 to January 2015, and Senior Business Analyst from March 2010 to October 2011.

Before joining HOOPP, Clare worked as a Managing Consultant at ManageFlow Consulting Inc. from 2007 to 2010, where they provided consulting services. Clare also worked as a Managing Consultant at IBM Canada Ltd from 2002 to 2007 and as a Senior Consultant at PwC Consulting from 1999 to 2002. Clare started their career at CPAS as a Managing Consultant, where they worked from 1994 to 1999.

Clare Bucknall completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from McMaster University between 1989 and 1992. Subsequently, they pursued a Project Management Certification at York University, although specific details regarding the duration of this program were not provided.
