Richard Forbes is a financial services attorney with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and risk management. Currently serving as the Director and Counsel for Regulatory Strategy and Change Legal at UBS, Richard has previously held leadership positions at Credit Suisse, including Vice President roles focused on regulatory impact assessment and risk advisory. Richard began their career as a Conflicts Analyst Assistant at Hogan Lovells after earning a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
