Sabrina Hübner

Sabrina Hübner is a seasoned leader in banking with 15 years of experience in private banking, wealth planning, and operations, having worked for prestigious institutions such as UBS, Credit Suisse, and ABN AMRO. Currently, Sabrina serves as the Lead Cultural Integration Payments at UBS, where they champion cultural change initiatives following the integration of payments. Previously, Sabrina held several senior roles, including Market Head at ABN AMRO MeesPierson and Head Payment Advisory & Investigations at Credit Suisse. With a strong focus on innovation, continuous improvement, and team development, Sabrina is also the President of Working Moms Schweiz and an advocate for cultural and organizational transformation. Sabrina holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universität Bern and has pursued further education, including a CAS in modern organizational and personnel development.
