Sarah Payne is the UK Head of Social Impact and Philanthropy at UBS, overseeing a team of philanthropy advisors, business managers, and program directors, and managing initiatives such as UBS philanthropy services and the UBS Community Impact program. Sarah has held several roles at UBS, including Acting Head of Community Impact EMEA and Senior Community Affairs Program Manager. Prior to joining UBS, Sarah worked as a Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor at Allen & Overy. Educationally, Sarah has pursued degrees in Law from The University of Law and a Master of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
