Tatyana Dubina

Tatyana Dubina brings extensive experience in leadership and business management across multiple industries, including finance, technology, and energy. Currently serving as Head Enablement for AI, Analytics, and Sales Platform Stream at UBS since July 2023, Tatyana has also played a significant role at SPENN Technology as the Group Risk Control COO and Chief Administrative Officer, where an investment led to the company's public offering in November 2021. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Credit Suisse from 2017 to 2023, ABB from 2012 to 2017, and Shell Oil Company from 2008 to 2011, showcasing a strong background in operational excellence, risk management, and strategic transformation. Tatyana holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Cologne and additional degrees from notable institutions such as Copenhagen Business School and Lomonosov Moscow State University.
