Rifat Hyseni

Rifat Hyseni is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology and tax administration. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at the Tax Administration of Kosovo since November 2007, Rifat leads the operational and development efforts of the ICT Department. Rifat also holds roles as a lecturer at the University for Business and Technology and as an expert for the Fiscal Affairs Department at the International Monetary Fund, focusing on IT system design and implementation. Previous positions include Information Technology Team Lead at AARC Ltd, and various assessments and consultancy roles for organizations such as the World Bank Group, GIZ, and the OSCE. Rifat's academic background includes a Master of Science in Public Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology and certifications in IT Professional Management from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
