Rochelle Pugh has extensive experience in business development and recruitment, currently serving as the UBT People Business Development Manager and Recruitment Product Manager since 2017 at UBT. In this role, Rochelle focuses on enhancing profitability for businesses across Australia and New Zealand by addressing human resource challenges and delivering effective services to maximize team performance. Additionally, Rochelle has been involved with Universal Business Team as a Business Development Manager since November 2016 and has also served as a Client Care Representative at UBT since June 2017.
