Hicham Mouddi

Head of Customer Success at Ubudu

Hicham Mouddi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hicham began their career as a Junior IT Project Manager Intern at Faurecia in 2013, where they focused on the digitalization of preventive maintenance processes. During this time, they designed and developed a CMMS solution for the maintenance department.

In 2014, Hicham worked as a Web Developer Intern at Elixo medical marketing research. Here, they designed and developed a MySql online database and created a beta version of a web application to organize focus group sessions.

Moving on, Hicham joined Capgemini in 2015 as a Data Science Consultant. Hicham then worked as an External Consultant at Reed Expositions France from September 2015 to January 2016. Following this, they joined SOLARIS PHOTONICS LTD as an External Consultant from February 2016 to June 2016.

In 2016, Hicham joined Ubudu as a Data Analyst. Here, they were responsible for managing strategic accounts, developing business cases, and ensuring EU GDPR compliance. Hicham also organized pre-sale meetings with top management and focused on technical implementation and proposing adequate technology and architecture.

Hicham progressed within Ubudu and took on the role of R&D - Customer Success Manager and Analytics Associate in March 2017. Hicham held this position until August 2020. During this time, they continued their responsibilities in managing strategic accounts while also being involved in prepping commercial propositions and developing business cases.

Hicham then became a Senior Project Leader at Ubudu from July 2020 to August 2022. In this role, they further demonstrated their expertise in leading and managing projects.

Currently, Hicham is the Head of Customer Success at Ubudu starting from January 2021, where they continue to excel in their responsibilities in ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Hicham Mouddi completed an MBA in International Management from ESCP Business School from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Computing & Statistics from Polytech Lille from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in TOEFL (102/120) from The TOEFL® test and TOEIC (975/990) from TOEIC® Program in 2015. Furthermore, they completed a MOOC "ABC Gestion de projet" from École Centrale de Lille in 2014.
