Fabiola Carreira de Rezende has a long and varied work experience. In 2007, they began their career as an Intern at FIRJAN. In 2010, they were an Intern at Daniel Advogados, where they supported the management with the first steps of patent submission. In 2012, they joined Baker Hughes as a Technical Support Engineer and a Field Engineer, where they were responsible for the technical support and product development of projects involving scale, paraffin/asphaltene, and hydrate deposition, as well as sulfuric gas removal. In 2015, they joined Oxiteno as a Technical Support & Development for North America - Oil & Gas and Technical Support & Development for Latin America - Oil & Gas. Here, they were responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers in Latin America targeted to production optimization. In 2020, they became a Co-Founder | Sustainable Practices at NullCarbon, a platform that aims to accelerate the transition in urban mobility in Brazil. In the same year, they joined PVH Corp. as Sustainable Operations & Project Management, where they were responsible for driving the sustainable business transformation. Finally, in 2021, they became the Director of Operations, EMEA and Director, Sustainable Innovation Services at Ubuntoo, where they are responsible for connecting individuals through an online platform to accelerate sustainable solutions for collaboration and global impact.

Fabiola Carreira de Rezende has a diverse education history. Fabiola obtained a Technician degree from Cefet/RJ - Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Celso Suckow da Fonseca in 2001-2006. Fabiola then earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in 2005-2011. From 2016-2017, they earned a Master's Degree in Physical Chemistry of Colloids and Surfaces from Universidade Estadual de Campinas. In 2019, they completed a Summer School program in Governing Climate Change at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). Fabiola also obtained a Master of Science degree in Environment & Resources Management from VU Amsterdam in 2019-2020. Additionally, they earned a Field Engineer Academy - Upstream Chemicals certification from Baker Hughes in May 2012.
