John Januszczak

John Januszczak has a diverse work experience across various organizations and industries. John served as the President & CEO at UBX Philippines, a Senior Executive Advisor at UnionBank of the Philippines, and the Chairperson of the ECCP Special Committee on Open Finance and Financial Inclusion at the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines. John also held positions as a Member of the Board of Directors at PETNET Inc., FinScore, and Dragonpay.

Prior to these roles, John worked at Manulife Philippines as the Chief Operating Officer, where they were responsible for various departments and services. John also held the position of Head, Global Business Process Management at Manulife. Before joining Manulife, John was a Consultant, Director BPM & Analytics at MAXIMUS.

In the earlier years of their career, John served as the Vice President, Product Management at Meta Software Corporation. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in the development and sale of software solutions and led research & development efforts. John also gained experience as a Business Process Consultant at Assurances Générales de France (AGF), where they were involved in process enhancement and cost reduction initiatives.
